We will refund you within 2-4 business days after receiving your item/s back
WE ASK THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE MET
Item/s must be in original condition with tags remaining in place
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
1) Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a refund.
Please note that items sent to us without return number and previous email communication will not be accepted.
Include your name, order number and country of return.
2) Once we receive your email, we will provide you with full address of our warehouse, return instructions and return number within 2 business days.
3) Please send us the item/s using carrier of your choice. Please note we are not liable for loss of garments being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.
Please kindly note that the shipping cost incurred for returning item/s for refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
You must adequately package any product you are returning to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. Our Compostable packaging is suitable for returns if opened carefully upon delivery.
1) Once the returned items have been received, we will email you to let you know they have arrived in our warehouse.
2) We will refund you through the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) within 2-4 business days.
Please be aware that once we send the refund, transaction can take up to seven business day to show on your account statement depending on your credit card and bank provider.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
We currently do not offer exchange services.
Please note we do not offer refund for factory seconds' or sample sale pieces.
Our products go through many rounds of quality check before they are ship to you so we hope this never happens.
In case of visible defect of a Product, the customer shall send a demand to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the Delivery date. All demands shall mention the defect concerned and include pictures of the defect. Pictures need to be in good quality for us to see and examine the issue.
Failing that, the demand won’t be accepted and no return or exchange will be possible. Visible defect confirmed by us shall give rise, depending of the demand’s content and the nature of the defect, to exchange or full refund.
